TRAIN WITH KLEISTHENICS





Kleisthenics is a unique training style developed by Klé McKoy, using his knowledge and expertise in calisthenics and plyometrics as a foundation. His training technique begins with building from these basics to help you master strength, flexibility, and coordination before moving on to more advanced training and other techniques. With his progression-based program, you'll learn to fully grasp the fundamentals in each stage before moving on to the next. This allows you to safely and effectively exercise anywhere, anytime without feeling limited and making sure that your basics don't fade.


Klé's program involves monthly tests and progress reports to ensure that developmental milestones are achieved. You can expect increasingly difficult levels of exercise as you complete previous stages in training.


Klé brings the fitness program directly to your home or location of choice, including all necessary equipment. The training also makes use of household items - chairs, couches, and kitchen counters - which allows you to stay on top of your training even on your own time. Consistency is the key to effective fitness.

Klé has trained side-by-side with distinguished athletes like Usain Bolt — the world's fastest sprinter and world record-holder — and 100-metre World Champion Yohan Blake in Jamaica's Racers Track Club, home of the fastest humans on the planet.



RENOWNED TRACK AND FIELD COACH, GLEN MILLS



From 2011 to 2012, Klé was trained by renowned track and field coach and head coach of the Jamaican Olympic athletics team (1987-2009), Glen Mills. Glen is currently the head coach of the Racers Track Club.
